Our programs are designed to address the most pressing challenges facing communities, with a focus on sustainability and long-term impact.
We work across four interconnected thematic areas to create comprehensive and sustainable development.
DRDF prioritizes the enhancement of local competencies, leadership structures, and collective understanding, enabling communities to ascertain their needs and maintain advancements through research and community-driven projects.
DRDF advances inclusive education from early childhood to TVET, prioritizing people with disabilities, indigenous groups, and marginalized youth. We conduct multidisciplinary research and operate a modern laboratory for testing and analysis.
DRDF is dedicated to safeguarding ecosystems and reinforcing climate resilience through community-driven conservation efforts, climate adaptation training, and nature-based solutions for sustainable livelihoods.
DRDF advances women's empowerment, gender justice, community health, equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), and provides psychosocial support through our 'Pathways to Dignity' framework for vulnerable groups.
